YERRR!!!!!! Feels like a BEAUTIFUL DAY in the Beast Monk Training Grounds(tm)! First & foremost, as always, I pray that you are having an amazing day. That you are making steps towards being the greatest possible version of yourself that you could ever be. AMEN!

I realize that it has been a long time since I have posted a Substack. I have been spending a lot of time working on other projects & figuring out what direction I want to take all of this.

Today though, it’s time to get back on my BS (sound it out) & get to the Substack game, you feel me?

In the past two-three months I have gained a lot of new free Substack subscribers, largely in part due to my homie @CultivatingChi recommending my Substack on his!

So for all new people here & all those that have been here since the start of this Substack, welcome! I’m thankful to have you here!

This Substack will be the primary home for my long & short form writing, audio/video podcast (for now) & my YouTube! So if you are interested in any of those, this is a pretty good place to find all of them!
