Thanks for tuning in and listening to this very impromptu first episode of the Life’s a Fight Podcast!!! I am planning on making 2022 have a heavy focus on audio content for yall so I figured I might as well take the first step with this one here.

Today we are discussing cardio. Cardio is a way of life. It is essential. You MUST do cardio. Or we have beef, seriously. The only way to become a Certified Beast is to be in good shape. You will never achieve Certified Beast status if your lungs burn off a one mile run.

Lung capacity is directly correlated to length of life. Train your lungs through cardio (walking counts) & daily breathwork.
