What’s up gang members,
It’s been a while! I’ve missed you all, truly I have!!!
If you are receiving this email it can only mean one thing - I am alive! But also that I am finally answering the question I have gotten from many of you since I first showed up around here.
“When are you going to drop a breathing course?!”
Really soon! Like, tomorrow soon!
The course is called “Beginning Breath” - you can consider it a good starting point if you are an absolute beginner to breathing. The main focus is to train our nose and our unconscious breathing habits to reap benefits in our lives - SIMPLE!
Do you mildly snore or wake up in the morning not feeling refreshed? We are gonna cover that.
Are you an athlete looking for a simple tool to extend the gap between you and others? We got that here for you.
Want to build your emotional control so you can better support your family? Breathing helps with that too.
Do you work in a high stress environment be it W2 or Wifi-$$$ or BOTH? YOU of all people need the tools to handle mountains of stressors.
What to expect?
Video course covering the anatomy of the respiratory system/how we breathe, instructions on how to practice 2 methods of breathing, the difference between nose and mouth breathing, and more.
A 30 day plan for you to follow to build a SIMPLE daily breathing practice (requiring NO MORE than 30 minutes a day)
Various visual materials about breathing hygiene, breathing tools, etc.
Bonuses? Guess you’ll have to find out
Properly breathing helps balance Carbon Dioxide levels in the body, produce more Nitric Oxide (boosts blood flow and getting oxygen to cells), it helps keep your HR in check so your heart doesn’t have to work too hard to keep you alive. On top of this, it helps you SLEEP BETTER and have higher energy levels throughout your day. An added bonus to a regular breathing practice is also the natural by product of building greater bodily awareness through practice and focus on your breathing.
It’s kinda like meditation that’s meant to super charge the body and mind.
I’ll talk to you again tomorrow, have a great night:)
Breathe easy,
Fighter
